Aerial Bunched Cable
This PVC insulated power cable is manufactured in strict compliance with the GB/T12527-2008 standard. Besides, we can also design and manufacture according to IEC60502 or other standards upon request.
Operating Characteristics:
1. Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U(Um): 0.6/1KV
2. Maximum operating temperature: 70℃ for PVC, PE insulated overhead cables and 90℃ for XLPE insulated overhead cables.
3.The short-cut time cannot exceed 5s and during shortcircuit;
the maximum allowable temperature of the conductor is as follow. 160℃ for PVC insulated overhead cables, 130℃ for
PE insulated overhead cables, 250℃ for XLPE insulated overhead cables.
4. The ambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation.
5. The bend radius should be no less than 4 times the cable diameter of 25mm, no less than 6 times the cable diameter of more than 25mm.
6. When applied to AC system, the rated voltage should be at least equal to the system’s rated voltage.
When applied to DC system, the system’s rated voltage should be no more than 1.5 times of the cable’s rated voltage..
